The ultimate guide to eating out in the South West, The Trencherman’s Guide, launched its 24th edition this week at Harvey Nichols Second Floor Restaurant in Bristol.
Restaurateurs, chefs, food and drink producers and food lovers all came together for the official launch of the guide on Monday 18th April.
A delicious menu created by a star-studded line up of chefs was served, including canapes by Steve Pidgeon from The Arundell Arms, a starter by Jude Kereama from Kota, a fish dish by Guy Owen at The Idle Rocks, a main of spring lamb by Louise McCrimmon from host venue Harvey Nichols Second Floor Restaurant and a delicious dessert by Josh Eggleton of The Pony & Trap.
Our national sales controller Paul Weston was representing Frobishers at the event, where guests took home a bottle of our sparkling Classics in their goodie bags.
The Trencherman’s Guide is the longest-standing guide to dining in the South West of England, full of top tips for planning meals out in the region and recommendations from top chefs on where they like to dine on their days off.
Restaurants in the guide are included based on consistently high scores in guides such as the Michelin Guide, Good Food Guide and AA Restaurant Guide.
