100ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice
50ml Coconut Cream
A handful of frozen pineapple chunks
METHOD
1.
Add pineapple juice, coconut cream

and frozen pineapple chunks in a blender
3.
Blend until smooth and creamy
4.
Serve in a hurricane glass
5.
Optional Garnish: Slice of fresh pineapple and a cherry on top

80ml Frobishers Tomato Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Celery Salt (substitute for normal salt if you don’t have any)
Freshly ground black pepper
2 dashes hot sauce
such as Tabasco
Garnish: 1 stalk celery
METHOD
1.
Pour the tomato juice and lemon juice into a highball glass filled with ice
2.
Mix well with a stirrer
3.
Add the Worcestershire sauce
4.
Add salt and pepper
5.
Add hot sauce to taste

50ml Elderflower cordial
25ml lemon juice
100ml Simply Elderflower Sparkler
Top with soda water
METHOD
1.
Add the apple slices and Elderflower cordial to a glass and muddle together

Add the lemon juice and soda water
3.
Serve over ice and enjoy!

25ml Grenadine Syrup

Combine the orange juice and lemonade in a highball or hurricane glass
2.
Slowly pour in 25ml of grenadine syrup and watch as it sinks to the bottom of the glass creating a beautiful sunrise effect
