We’re delighted to launch four new premium cocktail and mocktail recipes in association Michelin starred Lympstone Manor, owned by Michael Caines MBE. The recipes, which consist of two cocktails and two mocktails, incorporate a selection of premium spirits and innovative garnishes alongside our juices and cordials.
Created by mixologist, Sam Edmonds, head barman at Lympstone Manor, the seasonally driven cocktails aim to provide inspiration for bartenders across the country, offering an imaginative take on some of the classics and a number of contemporary serve suggestions to tap into future trends.
From a festive cinnamon and nutmeg infused bourbon based ‘Kentucky Crumble’ using Frobishers Apple juice, to a warming, gin-laced ‘Sloe Burner’, a rich hot cocktail which centres around Frobishers Cranberry juice combined with Sloe and Mulberry Gin.

Commenting on how he developed the new cocktail recipes, Head Barman, Sam Edmonds says;
“When it comes to creating great cocktails simplicity is always best and most bartenders will concentrate on just 3 to 4 ingredients. But these ingredients need to be quality, both in terms of the spirit and the mixer used; it is this which can make or break the drink. They need to compliment each other and Frobishers’ authentic flavour and naturally, not too sweet taste helps bring the spirit to life and really excite the palate.”
Steve Carter, sales and marketing director at Frobishers Juices adds;
“Working with the team at Lympstone Manor has been a great opportunity for Frobishers. We’ve been stocked at the venue since it opened and are delighted to appear within their drinks and cocktail list. Sam is a master at work and the cocktails he produces demonstrate flair, a full understanding of individual taste profiles and the importance of quality ingredients. It’s always such an inspiration to us to see our juices and cordials translated into such appealing drinks by some of the best in the business and we’re thrilled to be able to pass this inspiration onto our customer base.”
