A twist on the classic Mojito, this Lemon & Mint Mojito Pitcher has a zesty and refreshing flavour.

INGREDIENTS

100ml Frobishers Lemon & Mint Cordial

150ml White Rum (leave this out to make it a mocktail)

2 Handfuls of fresh mint leaves

2 Limes - Sliced

2 Lemons - Sliced

1L Sparkling Water

METHOD

1.

In a jug

muddle together the white rum

3.

1 handful of mint leaves and 1 lime (sliced)

4.

Pour the Lemon & Mint Cordial into a large pitcher jug

5.

Add the muddled mixture

6.

Add ice

7.

Add the lemon slices

8.

Add remaining lime slices and mint leaves into the jug for extra flavour

9.

Top with sparkling water

10.

Stir to mix
