INGREDIENTS

250ml Frobishers Ginger Lemonade Sparkler.

50ml spiced rum.

½ lime freshly squeezed.

Sprig of mint for garnish.

Slice of lime for garnish.

METHOD

1.

Fill a highball glass with ice

2.

Add the spiced rum and top up your glass with chilled Frobishers Ginger Lemonade

3.

Add freshly squeezed lime juice and a sprig of mint and slice of lime

3.

Top up with Frobishers Crisp Apple & Elderflower Sparkler

4.

Add a dash of Angostura bitters and stir gently to combine the ingredients

Pour in the bourbon, pure maple syrup and fresh lemon juice

Top up with Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade Pressé and stir gently to combine all the ingredients

Autumn Red Sangria combines the deep flavours of red wine with the crispness of apple cider, a splash of tangy orange juice, and a touch of brandy, creating a beautifully balanced, seasonal delight.

INGREDIENTS

750ml red wine.

250ml apple cider.

30ml Frobishers Orange Juice & Passionfruit Fusion.

30ml brandy.

1 apple

sliced.

1 orange

sliced.

1 pear

sliced.

1 cinnamon stick.

METHOD

1.

In a large pitcher, jug or bowl, combine the red wine and apple cider

2.

Add Frobishers Orange Juice and brandy to the mixture and stir well to blend the flavours

3.

Add the sliced apple, orange, and pear to the pitcher

4.

Include the cinnamon stick for extra flavour

5.

Stir gently again to mix all ingredients

6.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavours to meld

25ml grapefruit gin.

20ml fig liqueur.

1 dash Angostura bitters.

125ml dry sparkling wine

chilled.

Sprig of mint for garnish.

METHOD

1.

In a shaker, combine the Frobishers Grapefruit Juice, grapefruit gin, fig liqueur and a dash of Angostura bitters

2.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled

3.

Strain the mixture into a glass

4.

Top with dry sparkling wine

5.

Garnish with halved figs
