15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
25m coconut cream
METHOD
1.
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy (for a thicker consistency, add frozen pineapple chunks)

Serve over crushed ice
3.
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry

15ml simple syrup
METHOD
1.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and combine all ingredients

Shake well until chilled
3.

Shake well until chilled and strain into a glass filled with ice

30ml gin
15ml cherry brandy
15ml lime juice
60ml soda water (adjust to taste)
Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish.
METHOD
1.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker
2.
Combine the gin, cherry brandy, lime juice, and Frobishers Pineapple Juice and shake well
3.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with soda water and stir gently
4.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry
