INGREDIENTS

50ml White rum

100ml Frobishers Apple & Elderflower Sparkler

25ml Lime Juice

10 Fresh mint leaves

METHOD

In a glass, muddle the mint leaves

Add rum and lime juice

Fill the glass with ice and stir well

Top it off with Apple & Elderflower Sparkler
