The ultimate Martini for any Barbie fan. Sip and indulge in the delightful blend of raspberry and cranberry flavours with a hint of zesty lime.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml Raspberry Vodka

30 ml Raspberry Liqueur / Chambord

30 ml Frobishers Cranberry Juice

15 ml Fresh lime juice

15 ml Simple syrup

Fresh raspberries for garnish

Pink sanding sugar for rimming (optional)

Egg white (optional for foamy top)

Ice cubes

METHOD

1.

Rim the edge of a chilled martini glass with pink sanding sugar or sprinkles

2.

Dampen the rim of the glass with a slice of lime

3.

Gently dip it into a plate with pink sanding sugar or sprinkles until the rim is coated

4.

In a cocktail shaker combine the raspberry, vodka raspberry liqueur cranberry juice fresh lime juice simple syrup and egg white (if using)

5.

Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the cocktail shaker

6.

Then secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled

7.

Carefully strain the Barbie Pink Martini into the prepared martini glass
