INGREDIENTS

100ml Frobishers Raspberry & Rhubarb Sparkler

25ml Gin (Alcohol-free spirit works too!)

30ml Lemon juice

Fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish

Crushed ice

METHOD

1.

In a tall glass muddle a few fresh raspberries gently

2.

Fill the glass with crushed ice

3.

Add vodka Raspberry & Rhubarb Sparkler and lemon juice

4.

Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint
