A Summer Fruit twist on the traditional Daiquiri, this cocktail is perfect for quenching your thirst on a warm day.

INGREDIENTS

Ice Cubes or Crushed Ice


150ml Frobishers Bumbleberry Juice


Juice of 1/2 a Lime


1 tbsp Lemon Juice


50ml White Rum


Slice of Lime

METHOD

1.

Crush the ice in a high-power blender (if not using crushed ice)

2.

Add the Bumbleberry Juice, lemon and lime juice and the white Rum

3.

Blend on High Power for 20 Seconds

4.

Pour into Cocktail Glasses
