This mocktail is a refreshing and bright blue drink that tastes like Summer. Blue Curacao Syrup is made from the peel of the Laraha citrus fruit. Naturally colourless, the blue is added for the classic coloured effect and is used in many popular cocktails and mocktails. When shopping for Blue Curacao for mocktails, make sure you buy alcohol-free syrup, not an alcoholic liqueur.
INGREDIENTS
100ml Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade Sparkler
25ml Blue Curacao Syrup
A squeeze of lime juice
Optional Garnish: Slice of lemon or lime + a maraschino cherry
METHOD
1.
Pour the Sicilian Lemonade and a squeeze of lime juice into a highball or hurricane glass filled with ice

Slowly pour in 25ml of Blue Curacao syrup

and watch as it turns the drink a beautiful blue colour
