At Frobishers, our favourite Cherry Juice cocktail is the infamous Cherry Bakewell. A classic at the Cosy Club and Lounges Restaurants, it is full of flavour and decadently delicious - you’ll really think it’s a pudding in a glass! 

The Cherry Bakewell Cocktail features our fabulous Frobishers Cherry Juice. Made from the juice of ripe cherries, mixed with water and a touch of lemon juice, it has a perfectly tart and tasty flavour. 

INGREDIENTS

100ml Frobishers Cherry Juice (you can adapt the amount of cherry juice to your own taste)

50ml Amaretto

40ml Dark Rum

25ml Caramel Syrup

Ice

Optional for garnish: Glacé Cherry

METHOD

1.

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

2.

Shake hard; the harder you shake

3.

the more foam you get.

4.

Single strain into a hurricane glass over ice.
