A delightfully alcohol-free twist on our classic Cherry Bakewell Cocktail recipe, using Lyre's Alcohol Free Amaretti and Dark Cane. This popular drink is a favourite at the Cosy Club restaurants.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Lyres Amaretti

50ml Lyres Dark Cane

80ml Frobishers Cherry Juice

25ml Caramel Syrup

Ice

Optional for Garnish: Glacé Cherry

METHOD

1.

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker

2.

Shake hard; the harder you shake, the more foam you get

3.

Single strain into a hurricane or highball glass over ice

4.

Garnish with a glacé cherry
