The delicious tartness of our Cherry Juice meets the crispness of gin, all topped off with the tantalising bubbles of tonic or the floral notes of our Elderflower Sparkler.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Gin

100ml Frobishers Elderflower Sparkler (or any Tonic)

Pitted Cherries

Rosemary Sprig

METHOD

1.

Cut the cherries in half and add to a short glass ¾ filled with ice

2.

Pour in the gin and cherry juice

3.

Top with your choice of tonic or Frobishers Elderflower Sparkler

4.

Stir to mix
