INGREDIENTS
8-10 fresh mint leaves plus a sprig for garnish
100ml Frobishers Cranberry Juice
Pomegranate Seeds For Garnish
METHOD
1.
Muddle together the mint leaves, lime juice and sugar in a tumbler or highball glass
2.
Pour over the rum and stir
3.
Add a handful of ice cubes, followed by the cranberry juice and top with soda water
4.
Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and a few pomegranate seeds
