Craft Gin Club: Apple & Elderflower Gin Cocktail

The eagerly awaited Craft Gin Club cocktail of the month has arrived, featuring our very own Crisp Apple & Elderflower Sparkling Pressé.

This apple and elderflower gin cocktail is named the Cloud Nine and pairs our fabulous Pressé with Sky Wave White Horse London Dry Gin. The authentic orchard fruit and elderflower tones from our fizzy Pressé compliment the floral palate of the gin cocktail to create the perfect spring sip. Together, the gin and Frobishers pressé give you a magnificent expression of the English countryside in the full bloom of spring.

The recipe also includes Craft Gin Club's Cloud Nine Cocktail Syrup. This sumptuous cocktail syrup has been artfully created specifically to mix into the Craft Gin Club cocktail of the month. It is sweet, smooth and fragrant, with subtle violet tones that are simply divine.

Brimming with floral and fruit flavours, this apple and elderflower gin cocktail is a stunning mix of Sky Wave White Horse London Dry Gin, Frobishers Crisp Apple & Elderflower Pressé and a bespoke Cloud Nine Cocktail Syrup created by the experts at Craft Gin Club.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Sky Wave White Horse London Dry Gin.

25ml Cloud Nine Cocktail Syrup.

100ml Frobishers Crisp Apple & Elderflower Sparkling Pressé.

Edible flowers to garnish.

METHOD

1.

Add the gin and cocktail syrup to a shaker with ice

2.

Shake well and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass

3.

Top with Frobishers Pressé
