The fabulous French Martini gets its name from the addition of Chambord, a French liqueur made from blackberries, raspberries and cognac. Mix it up with vanilla flavoured vodka or a splash of prosecco.

INGREDIENTS

40ml Devon Cove Vodka

20ml Chambord liqueur

60ml Frobishers Pineapple juice

Pineapple wedge

METHOD

1.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

2.

Pour in the vodka, Chambord and Pineapple juice

3.

Shake hard until the pineapple juice froths up

4.

Strain into a cocktail glass
