APPLE AND ELDERFLOWER MOCKTAIL

No Equipment

This is a deliciously refreshing mocktail that's perfect for summer. It's made with our Crisp Apple and Elderflower Sparkler, which gives it a beautiful apple flavour that will go down well with the whole family!

INGREDIENTS

½ apple

50ml Elderflower cordial

25ml lemon juice

100ml Simply Elderflower Sparkler

Top with soda water

METHOD

1.

Add the apple slices and Elderflower cordial to a glass and muddle together

2.

Add the lemon juice and soda water

3.

Serve over ice and enjoy!
