INGREDIENTS

50ml rum

150ml Frobishers Ginger & Juniper Sparkler

Ice Cubes

Lemon slice & mint leaves for garnish

METHOD

1.

Fill a glass with ice cubes

2.

Pour rum over the ice

3.

Top with Frobishers Ginger & Juniper Sparkler

4.

Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh mint leaves
