YOU’LL NEED

100ml Martin Frobisher’s Pineapple Juice

50ml Bitter Truth Pimento Dram (allspice liqueur)

25ml maple syrup

12.5ml lime juice

Physalis (Cape Gooseberry )

Dark Chocolate

 

METHOD

Pour the pineapple juice, liqueur, maple syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Fine strain into a glass and garnish with physalis and finely grated dark chocolate.
