INGREDIENTS

50ml Belgrove Hazelnut Rum


60ml Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut


125ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice


10ml Lime juice


Garnish: pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves

METHOD

Combine the rum coconut cream pineapple juice and lime juice into a shaker with ice

Shake hard for 10 seconds
