These spring cocktails are nothing to laugh at. A mischievously refreshing drink featuring a playful twist of Frobishers Grapefruit Juice and invigorating tequila.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Buen Amigo Tequila

30ml Frobishers Grapefruit Juice

22ml simple syrup

22ml lime juice

15ml green chartreuse

5 fresh basil leaves

Grapefruit slice for garnish

METHOD

1.

In a shaker, muddle the simple syrup and basil

2.

Add the Buen Amigo tequila, green chartreuse, Grapefruit Juice and lime juice into the shaker, fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled

3.

Double-strain into a chilled glass

4.

Garnish with a thin grapefruit slice

METHOD

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh basil leaves gently to release their aroma

Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker

3.
