Sipsmith’s London Cup
Fresh raspberries
Lemon peel
METHOD
Fill a gin glass with serious cubage, and add a good measure of Sipsmith’s London Cup.
Fill to the brim with sparkler, till it’s fizzing with fruit and flavour.
Top with a twist of lemon and a handful of berries, and you’ll have an astonishingly aromatic sipper.
