A tropical spin on the classic Mojito, made with delicious mango juice, this cocktail is sure to be a Summer favourite.

INGREDIENTS

60ml white rum


20ml lime juice


12 mint leaves


120ml Frobishers Mango Juice


Crushed ice

METHOD

1.

Muddle 12 mint leaves with 20ml lime juice in a shaker

2.

Add 60ml white rum and ice; shake well

3.

Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice

4.

Top with 120ml Frobishers Mango Juice

5.

Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
