The Passionfruit Martini, also known as the Pornstar Martini, is a modern classic cocktail that has been popularised in recent years. It’s a sweet and sour cocktail that’s perfect for those who love fruity drinks. Using our Frobishers Orange & Passionfruit Fusion means you don’t need any complicated ingredients and can quickly whip up this delicious cocktail. Prefer Gin? Switch out the vodka and make a passionfruit gin cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Vanilla Vodka

90ml Frobishers Orange & Passionfruit Fusion

15ml Lime juice

20ml Simple syrup (find our recipe here)

Garnish: Half a passionfruit

Optional: Shot of Prosecco

METHOD

1.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice

2.

Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds

3.

Strain into a chilled martini glass

4.

Cut the passionfruit in half and scoop out the flesh

5.

Place the passionfruit on top of the drink

6.

Optional: Serve with a shot of prosecco
