60ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice

15ml Lime Juice

10 Fresh Mint Leaves

Soda Water

METHOD

1.

In a tall glass

muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup

3.

Add the rum

4.

pineapple juice

5.

lime juice

6.

and ice

7.

Stir well and top with soda water
