60ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice

15ml Lime Juice

10 Fresh Mint Leaves

Soda Water

METHOD

In a tall glass

muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup

Add the rum

pineapple juice

lime juice

and ice

Stir well and top with soda water
