This romantic and elegant cocktail is perfect for those who enjoy a mix of fruity and botanical essences. Our Pomegranate & Rose Cordial provides an abundance of flavour in one quick pour. Top with pomegranate seeds and heart shape ice cubes for the full valentines vibe. 

INGREDIENTS

50ml Gin of choice (you could even make it alcohol-free with a 0% spirit like this one from Sea Arch)

10ml Frobishers Pomegranate & Rose Cordial

150ml Sparkling Water / Soda

Pomegranate Seeds

Optional: Heart-shaped ice cubes (Purchase an ice cube tray like this one from Cook Serve Enjoy)

Optional for garnish: Edible rose petals (We found these in Waitrose)

METHOD

1.

Pour gin into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

Add the Frobisher's Fruit Cordial

3.

Top with sparkling water or soda
