INGREDIENTS

60ml Frobishers Orange Juice

120ml Champagne

Prosecco or Sparkling Wine (we recommend Lyme Bay Winery’s English Sparkling Wine)

Orange twist for garnish

METHOD

1.

Pour the orange juice into the prosecco or champagne glass

CHRISTMAS PUNCH

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle (750ml) of dry red wine

120ml Brandy

60ml Fresh lemon juice

470ml Frobishers Orange Juice

470ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice

230ml Ginger ale or sparkling water

METHOD

1.

In a large pitcher pour in the red wine, brandy, lemon juice, orange juice and pineapple juice

CRANBERRY MIMOSA

230ml Cranberry Juice

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

(Optional) 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup - for extra sweetness

1 (750 ml) bottle of sparkling wine

In a large pitcher or punch bowl

MULLED APPLE & GIN

INGREDIENTS

150ml Frobishers Apple Juice

1 Cinnamon stick

Orange & lemon peel

Grated ginger

50ml gin

METHOD

1.

Warm the apple juice with cinnamon, orange and lemon peel and a little grated fresh ginger

Strain into a mug and add a 50ml measure of gin

3.

Stir and enjoy!

Cranberry & Orange Whiskey Sour

120ml Whiskey

60ml Simple Syrup

Juice of 1 lime

120ml ginger beer

METHOD

1.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cranberry juice

and add cranberry juice, whiskey, simple syrup orange and lime juiceShake until well chilled

CRANBERRY MULE

INGREDIENTS

120ml Ginger Beer

120ml Frobishers Cranberry Juice

60ml dark rum or vodka

1 lime

cut in half

Crushed ice

METHOD

1.

Place 1 cup of crushed ice into a copper mug

Add ginger beer, cranberry juice, rum and the juice of a squeezed ½ lime in a cocktail shaker filled with ice

Stir or very gently shake

FROZEN CRANBERRY MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS

350ml Frobishers Cranberry Juice

180ml fresh lime juice

180ml tequila

120ml orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)

6 cups ice

1.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender

Blend on the lowest speed until desired consistency

Then pour into a glass
