It’s the sloe berry season - so enjoy the delicious taste of our Sloe & Raspberry Cordial *discontinued* in this quick and easy gin fizz cocktail. Alcohol-free? Substitute the gin for your favourite zero-alcohol spirit (we love Sea Arch’s Coastal Juniper).

INGREDIENTS

20ml Frobishers Sloe & Raspberry Cordial

25ml Gin

Soda / Sparkling Water

Optional: 15ml simple syrup

METHOD

1.

In a shaker filled with ice

combine sloe & raspberry cordial

3.

gin and simple syrup.

4.

Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
