This easy-to-make Tomato Margarita is perfect for those who appreciate a straightforward and flavourful cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

60ml Frobishers Tomato Juice

60ml Tequila Blanco

30ml Triple Sec

15ml Lime Juice

Ice Cubes

For Garnish: Lime Wedge

METHOD

1.

Rim a margarita glass with salt or Tajin seasoning if desired

To do this, rub the rim with a lime wedge, then dip it into a plate of salt or seasoning

In a cocktail shaker, combine Frobishers Tomato Juice, silver tequila, triple sec, and fresh lime juice

4.

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake the mixture well for about 10-15 seconds, this will chill the ingredients and blend the flavours

5.

Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass, ensuring not to include the ice from the shaker

6.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass for an extra citrusy touch
