INGREDIENTS

50 ml Coconut Rum


100 ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice


20 ml Blue Curaçao


Crushed ice


Garnish: Pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry

METHOD

In a shaker, mix coconut rum, Frobishers Pineapple Juice, and blue Curaçao

Shake well to blend the flavours

3.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice
