This classic cocktail has a smooth and fruity taste from the mix of juices, which works to conceal its high alcoholic content.

INGREDIENTS

75ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice

75ml Frobishers Orange Juice

30ml Light Rum

30ml Dark Rum

30ml Lime

Optional Garnishes: Orange wedge

METHOD

1.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

2.

Pour both of the rums and fruit juices into the shaker and shake hard until the shaker feels cold to touch

3.

Strain the liquid into a tall or hurricane glass filled with ice

4.

Optional: Garnish with an orange wedge
