Cherry Whiskey Sour
This Cherry cocktail puts a fruity twist on the classic whiskey sour. The cherry juice adds a sweet and sour flavour, which pairs perfectly with the whiskey. The lemon juice and simple syrup help to balance out the sweetness, creating a well-rounded drink.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Whiskey
- 60ml Frobishers Cherry Juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup (find our Simple Syrup recipe here)
- Maraschino cherry and lemon slice for garnish
Directions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add whiskey, cherry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and lemon slice.
Cherry Martini
If you're in the mood for a sweet and refreshing cocktail, then look no further than a Cherry Martini. The combination of gin, cherry liqueur or juice, and fresh citrus make for a perfectly balanced drink that's not too sweet, not too sour, and just right.
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Gin
- 30 ml Frobishers Cherry Juice
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- Fresh Cherries, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, add gin, cherry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with fresh cherries and serve.
Cherry Vodka Lemonade
This cocktail is a refreshing and fruity twist on a classic vodka lemonade. The cherry juice adds a pop of colour and flavour to the drink. The sparkling water adds a bit of fizz and makes this drink perfect for a hot Summer’s day.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Vodka
- 30ml Frobishers Cherry Juice

- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Water (or substitute the lemon juice, simple syrup, and sparkling water for lemonade)
- Lemon slice for garnish
Directions:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, cherry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the glass.
- Top off the glass with sparkling water (or lemonade if using)
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
