The Passionfruit Martini, also known as the Pornstar Martini, is a modern classic cocktail that has been popularised in recent years. It’s a sweet and sour cocktail that’s perfect for those who love fruity drinks. Using our Frobishers Orange & Passionfruit Fusion means you don’t need any complicated ingredients and can quickly whip up this delicious cocktail. Prefer Gin? Ingredients:
- 50ml Vanilla Vodka
- 90ml Frobishers Orange & Passionfruit Fusion
- 15ml Lime juice
- 20ml Simple syrup (find our recipe here)
- Garnish: Half a passionfruit
- Optional: Shot of Prosecco
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Cut the passionfruit in half and scoop out the flesh.
- Place the passionfruit on top of the drink.
- Optional: Serve with a shot of prosecco
Frozen Passionfruit Margarita
The Frozen Passionfruit Margarita is a twist on the classic Margarita cocktail. It’s a refreshing drink that’s perfect for hot summer days. The addition of the Frobishers Orange & Passionfruit Fusion gives the cocktail a fruity twist that’s sure to impress your friends.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Tequila
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 75ml Frobishers Orange & Passionfruit Fusion
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- A handful of ice
- Garnish: Slice of Lime & Half a Passionfruit
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and half a passionfruit

- 100ml Prosecco
- 10ml Simple Syrup

Method:

- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled flute glass.
- Top up with Prosecco.
