Virgin Piña Colada
Starting off with an alcohol-free version of a classic! Even if it is still winter, allow yourself to escape to a desert island in the sunshine as you sip on this virgin piña colada…
You will need:
200g frozen pineapple
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
200ml coconut milk
300ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice
Pineapple wedge for serving
Method:
Pop all of your ingredients in a blender and whizz up until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses, garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
Berry Virgin Mojito Mocktail
This mocktail is bursting with sweet berries - a flavour you and your guests won’t be able to resist!
You will need:
A handful of blueberries
½ of a squeezed lime
2tbsp sugar
A handful of mint leaves
200ml Frobishers Bumbleberry Juice
Crushed ice
500ml sparkling water
Method:
Crush up your blueberries, fresh mint and sugar in a glass until it forms a juicy consistency. Add your lime juice, Bumbleberry juice, fill with crushed ice and top with soda water. Voilà, you have a fun and fruity berry-licious mocktail.
Marvellous mango lemonade
All of our mocktail recipes are easy - but this one couldn’t be more simple! It only requires a few ingredients and can be served up at any time of the day.
You will need:
500ml Frobishers Mango Juice
500ml Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade
Ice
Method:
All you need to do is fill your glass with ice and pour over your mango juice. Top up with as much lemonade as you like and give it a good mix. You could even garnish with a few blueberries if you’re feeling fancy or have guests coming over.
Grapefruit and rosemary mocktail
If you’re looking for something a bit different, or are like us and enjoy experimenting with botanicals, you’ll love this special mocktail. It’s the perfect drink to offer at a dinner party or celebration as it’s made with a little love.
You will need:
For the rosemary syrup:
200ml water
130g granulated sugar
3 sprigs of rosemary
For the mocktail:
500ml Frobishers Grapefruit Juice
50ml rosemary simple syrup
500ml sparkling water
Method:
Create your rosemary syrup by adding water and sugar into a pan. Gently heat on the hob until the sugar has melted. Do not let the mixture boil or crystals will form. Once the sugar has dissolved, pour your syrup into a container and add your rosemary sprigs. Let it sit for one hour.
Pour your grapefruit juice into a glass and mix in 1tbsp rosemary syrup. Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
Top tip - Keep your syrup in the fridge for up to ten days and add a little when shaking up your favourite mocktails!
Apple, elderflower and mint refresher
This one is a crowd-pleaser and Frobishers fans of all ages love this refreshing mocktail. It can be used as a perfect alternative to punch and served up in a pitcher at family gatherings.
You will need:
200ml Frobishers Apple and Elderflower Sparkler
200ml Frobishers Apple Juice
30ml Frobishers Lemon and Mint Cordial
A handful of mint leaves
Ice
Sparkling water
Method:
Simply combine your Apple and Elderflower Sparkler, Apple Juice and Lemon and Mint Cordial. Throw in some crushed mint leaves and mix it all up. Fill a glass with ice, pour over your concoction and top up with sparkling water to taste.
