INGREDIENTS
120 ml Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade.
50 ml gin.
30 ml raspberry syrup.
15 ml fresh lemon juice.
Fresh raspberries
lemon slices and sprig of mint for garnish.
Ice cubes.
METHOD
1.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, raspberry syrup, and fresh lemon juice
2.
Add ice to the shaker and shake well to chill and mix the ingredients
3.
Fill a glass or a cocktail glass with ice and strain the mixture into it
4.
Top off with Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade, gently stirring to combine
5.
Garnish with fresh raspberries, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint

50ml dry gin.
50ml freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Sparkling water (adjust to taste).
Mint leaves and lemon to garnish.

METHOD
1.
In a shaker, combine the dry gin and freshly squeezed lemon juice

Pour in Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade and stir gently
3.
Add ice to the shaker and shake well to chill the mixture
4.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water to taste, adjusting the level of fizziness
5.
Add fresh mint leaves and a lemon slice to garnish

30ml strawberry puree (about 3-4 fresh strawberries
blended).
Ice cubes.
Fresh strawberry and mint leaves for garnish.
METHOD
1.
Blend 3-4 fresh strawberries until smooth to make 30 ml of puree
2.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and combine the gin and strawberry puree
3.
Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until chilled
4.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the gin and strawberry mixture over the ice
5.
Top up with 120 ml of bottled lemonade and stir gently to combine
6.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint

METHOD

In a cocktail shaker, combine the non-alcoholic gin and simple syrup

Stir well to mix
3.
Fill a separate glass with ice cubes and pour the Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade into it
4.
Pour the gin and syrup mixture over the lemonade
5.
Stir gently to combine
6.
Garnish your mocktail with a lemon slice and add a sprig of fresh thyme for a touch of aroma and colour
