Warm up your winter evenings with the comforting combination of apple and cinnamon with gin.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Gin


1 tbsp Lemon Juice


250ml Frobishers Apple Juice


250g Caster Sugar


2 tsp Cinnamon


For Garnish: Cinnamon Stick


Star Anise & Apple Slices

METHOD

1.

Firstly, to Make the Apple & Cinnamon Syrup:Combine 250ml of apple juice and 250g of sugar in a saucepan with two teaspoons of cinnamon

 Simmer gently over a low heat until reduced to a syrupy consistency, then remove from the heat and leave to cool before using

3.

Add the gin and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with 20ml of the apple and cinnamon syrup, then fill your shaker with ice

4.

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glasses

5.

Garnish with a slice of apple, star anise and a cinnamon stick, and serve
