This mocktail is inspired by the Bahama Mama, a classic from the tropical drink heyday of the 1960s. A tangy blend of orange and pineapple juices is balanced by the mellow flavours of coconut and cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS

120ml Frobisher Orange Juice

60ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice

30ml Coconut Cream

Optional Garnish: Cinnamon Sugar

METHOD

Combine the orange juice pineapple juice and coconut cream in a cocktail shaker with ice

Pour into a glass and dust/garnish with cinnamon sugar
