INGREDIENTS
50 ml Malibu Coconut Rum (Swap for coconut milk for an alcohol-free option!)
30 ml Frobishers Cranberry Juice
20 ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice
Lemon or Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
METHOD
1.
Fill a shaker with ice cubes
2.
Add Malibu coconut rum Cranberry Juice Pineapple Juice Lime Juice and Grenadine Syrup
3.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled
4.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass
