The classic Christmas morning drink - a Bucks Fizz is made using orange juice & champagne with a 1:2 ratio. This recipe makes one, however, it’s a great drink to share - so why not batch-make 6 to share on a special occasion.

INGREDIENTS

60ml Frobishers Orange Juice

120ml Champagne

Prosecco or Sparkling Wine (we recommend Lyme Bay Winery’s English Sparkling Wine)

Orange twist for garnish

METHOD

1.

Pour the orange juice into the prosecco or champagne glass

2.

Top with your sparkling alcohol of choice
