A fabulously fizzy concoction made by mixing the finest flavours of gin, Frobishers Cranberry Juice and your favourite sparkling wine.

INGREDIENTS

50ml gin

100ml Frobishers Cranberry Juice

50ml Sparkling Wine (we recommend Lyme Bay Winery’s English Brut Reserve)

Optional: For garnish - Cucumber Slices

Mint Sprig & Cranberries

METHOD

1.

Fill a highball glass with ice

Pour in the gin cranberry juice and sparkling wine

3.

Lightly stir to combine

4.

Then pour into your glass and enjoy!
