When it comes to cocktails, rum and juice are a classic combination that never goes out of style. This pairing can be enjoyed in many different ways, with endless possibilities for delicious recipes.

Rum is produced in over 80 different countries and is made from sugarcane juice or molasses. It has a wide range of flavours, depending on where it is produced and what type of ageing process it undergoes. Typical rums used in cocktails include white rum, dark rum, spiced rum and flavoured rums (like this Pineapple one by Langs). 

Simple mixes such as rum and apple juice or orange juice are refreshing and easy to make, while more complex cocktails can be created by adding other ingredients such as liqueurs, spices or fruit.

MANGO MOJITO

A tropical spin on the classic Mojito, made with delicious mango juice, this cocktail is sure to be a Summer favourite.

INGREDIENTS

60ml white rum

20ml lime juice

12 mint leaves

120ml Frobishers Mango Juice

Crushed ice

METHOD

1.

Fill a highball glass with ice

2.

Pour in the Mango Juice & Cordial

3.

Top With sparkling water

4.

Gently stir to mix

5.

Garnish with mint leaves

INGREDIENTS

60ml Langs Pineapple Rum

150ml Frobishers Mango Juice

Fill with ice and serve

35ml Spiced Rum

100ml Frobishers Apple Juice

METHOD

1.

3/4 fill a short glass with ice

Pour in Spiced Rum & Apple Juice

INGREDIENTS

Pitcher Jug

250ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice

250ml Frobishers Orange Juice

100ml Dark Rum

150ml White Rum

100ml Strawberry Grenadine

Lime Juice

Ice

METHOD

1.

In a pitcher jug, combine all of the ingredients together & stir

Serve over ice in glasses & garnish with slices of lime

Combine Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and Grenadine syrup and stir
