This grapefruit margarita is the perfect drink for the summer. It’s light and refreshing but packs a punch (thanks to the tequila).

You will need
- 40ml Tequila
- 40ml triple sec or cointreau
- 250ml Frobisher’s grapefruit juice
- 45ml lime juice
- Salt for the rim
- A slice of grapefruit to garnish
We love how easy this marvellous drink is to make.
To start, wet the rim of your glass with a wedge of grapefruit, then dip into your flaked salt.
Throw all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give it a mighty good shake.
Strain into a glass over ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
