You’ll need
Frobisher’s Pineapple Juice
Schweppes Salty Lemon Tonic Water
Wedge of fresh pineapple
Sprig of mint
Sea salt flakes
Method
Dampen the rim of your glass and
dip into your sea salt.
Drop in your ice cubes, add the juice and
tonic water, then whirl it all up together.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and
a wedge of fresh pineapple, and you’ll
