This pitcher recipe combines the rich flavours of sloe and the sweetness of raspberries using our Sloe & Raspberry Cordial, resulting in a refreshing and vibrant summer cocktail pitcher.

INGREDIENTS

100ml Frobishers Sloe & Raspberry Cordial


300ml Red Wine


100ml Frobishers Orange Juice


100ml Lemon Juice


Fresh raspberries


Orange slices


Lemon slices

METHOD

1.

In a large pitcher

combine the cordial

red wine

4.

sparkling water

5.

orange juice

and lemon juice.

Add sugar to the mixture

adjusting the amount to achieve your desired level of sweetness.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add a generous amount of fresh raspberries

and lemon slices to the pitcher.

Fill the pitcher with ice

ensuring the fruit is evenly distributed.

Stir gently to mix the ingredients.

Allow the sangria to sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.

Serve the sangria in glasses filled with ice
