We’re still riding high after an incredible evening at the Food Drink Devon Awards 2025, where Frobishers proudly took home not one, not two, but three awards... including GOLD in the Producer category, the Sustainability Award for 2025, and the prestigious title of Sustainability Pioneer.
It’s a huge honour and a true reflection of our ongoing dedication to doing business the right way, responsibly, transparently, and with sustainability at the heart of every decision.
A Night to Remember for Devon’s Food and Drink Community
Each year, the Food Drink Devon Awards shine a light on the best producers, venues, and innovators in our region. It’s a night where community, creativity, and craftsmanship take centre stage, and this year’s celebration was no exception.
We were humbled to be recognised alongside so many inspiring local businesses that share our commitment to sustainability and quality. Winning three awards was an unforgettable moment, but what made it truly special was the opportunity to celebrate the positive change happening across Devon’s food and drink scene.
To us, being a Sustainability Pioneer is about leading the way... challenging ourselves to think differently, make better choices, and keep improving year after year. Sustainability isn’t a single initiative; it’s a mindset that guides everything from the way we source our fruit to how we package, produce, and deliver every bottle of Frobishers.
This award recognises the collective effort of our entire team, from production to partnerships, and the many steps we’ve taken to make our business more environmentally and socially responsible.

Responsible sourcing
We source our fruit from growers who share our values — prioritising sustainability, quality, and fair working conditions. Every ingredient in a Frobishers drink tells a story of care and craftsmanship, from orchard to bottle.
A New Era of Sustainable Packaging
This year marked one of the most exciting and impactful steps in our sustainability journey: the launch of our innovative new boxing design, a major upgrade to how we package and protect our drinks.
In our Box Breakdown blog, we shared how we redesigned our boxes with sustainability at the forefront.
Our new packaging uses 100% recyclable materials, eliminates unnecessary plastic, and reduces overall waste. All while improving durability and efficiency during transport.
The new design means:
- Less material, more strength – our clever box structure uses less cardboard without compromising protection.
- Zero plastic tape or inserts – ensuring every part of the packaging is recyclable.
- Smaller carbon footprint – reduced weight and improved shipping efficiency mean fewer emissions from transportation.
It’s a small change that’s making a big difference, helping us move closer to our goal of a fully sustainable supply chain.
Reducing Carbon Emissions
We’re constantly looking at new ways to reduce our carbon footprint... from optimising delivery routes and improving energy efficiency in production, to working with local suppliers whenever possible.

Certified B Corp — A Commitment to Sustainability and Impact
Becoming a Certified B Corporation was a major milestone for us. It means we’ve met rigorous standards for environmental and social responsibility, transparency, and ethics. But more than a certification, it’s a long-term commitment to using business as a force for good.
