The Cherry Bakewell Cocktail features our fabulous Frobishers Cherry Juice. Made from the juice of ripe cherries, mixed with water and a touch of lemon juice, it has a perfectly tart and tasty flavour. Cherry Bakewell Cocktail
The Cherry Bakewell cocktail is a best-seller at Cosy Club, with the sweet homely flavours of a Bakewell Tart and a warming boozy kick.
Ingredients:
- 100ml Frobishers Cherry Juice (you can adapt the amount of cherry juice to your own taste)
- 50ml Amaretto
- 40ml Dark Rum
- 25ml Caramel Syrup
- Ice
- Optional for garnish: Glacé Cherry
Method:
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Shake hard; the harder you shake, the more foam you get.
- Single strain into a hurricane glass over ice.
- Garnish with a fresh or glacé cherry
