Sicilian lemonade is the perfect tipple to toast during the summer months. Ours is light, refreshing and made from the juice of fresh Sicilian lemons, botanical extracts and hops. There is nothing better than the taste of freshly squeezed lemons! We love serving it over ice and enjoying the depth of flavours it has to offer, especially when the sun is shining.
We also love trying out new recipes and exploring new flavour combinations which is why we have compiled this list of delicious lemon cocktails for you to try at home. If you don’t fancy adding in the alcohol, we’re pretty sure they will taste just as delicious as mocktails. Who said soft drinks have to be boring? We have kept them super simple and you’ll notice a lot of them involve gin, because let’s face it, those flavours are a match made in heaven.

A sprig of summer
A refreshing summer drink that’s quick, extremely easy to make, and super refreshing on the palette.
Generously fill your glass with ice, pour in your rum and top with Sicilian lemonade. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Simple, yet delicious!
You will need:
- 200ml Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade
- 50ml your favourite spiced rum
- A sprig of mint
Mojito with a twist
Whether you opt for a virgin or an alcoholic version of a mojito, it’s a delicious option during the summer months. We have put a twist on the classic lime and mint drink by adding our Sicilian lemonade.
Pour your white rum into a glass, add in mint leaves and caster sugar, then give it a mighty good mix. Fill your glass up with crushed ice, pour in your Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade, then top up with a dash of soda water. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
You will need:
- 200ml Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade
- 12 mint leaves
- Fresh slices of lemon
- 100ml white rum
- 4tsp golden caster sugar
- Soda water
Lemon gin fizz
This simple cocktail is refreshing, citrusy, and naturally sweet. A great way to impress with minimal effort required. We like to refer to this cocktail as sophistication in a glass. Generously fill your glass with ice, pour in your gin and top with Sicilian lemonade and fresh lemon juice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lemon wedge.

- 50ml Dry Gin
- 50ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Soda water
- Mint leaves and lemon to garnish
Lemon & blueberry margarita
The perfect option for an evening refresher. This cocktail is a great choice if you’ve got friends popping over for a summertime tipple and want to impress. It's also colourful and extremely aesthetically pleasing.
You will need:
- 100ml Frobishers Sicilian Lemonade
- 50ml tequila
- A handful of fresh blueberries
- Wedge of lime
Lemon & Elderflower fizz
This cocktail combines flavours we just can’t resist. Elderflower is becoming increasingly popular and we cannot get enough of it. You can read more about why we love it so much here.
For this cocktail, you will simply need to fill a glass with ice, add your Frobishers tipples, then top with Prosecco.
