We’ve partnered with Lyme Bay Winery this week so that we can provide you with even more fantastic flavour pairings perfect for the festive period.
Lyme Bay Winery is based in the heart of Devon where they create award-winning English wine, Cider, Mead, Liqueurs and spirits. Tailored to the 21st-century palate, each of their drinks have been fermented, blended and aged appropriately by a very passionate team. Since opening their doors over 25 years ago, they have won multiple awards including gold at the International Spirits Challenge and World Rum Awards. This was awarded to their delicious Jack Ratt Lugger Spiced Rum - which of course we have featured in one of our collaborative cocktails.
