This mocktail has a fragrant kick and is perfect for those who enjoy a little bit of heat.

To make the Cinnamon Simple Syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 3 cinnamon sticks, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
Steps:
  1. Add the sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and add cinnamon stick pieces. Cover and allow to infuse for at least 6 hours.
  4. Strain out the solids and bottle. Will keep, tightly sealed and refrigerated, for up to 1 month.

INGREDIENTS

100ml Frobishers Pineapple Juice


50ml Frobishers Ginger & Juniper Sparkler


25ml Cinnamon Simple Syrup


Optional Garnish: Cinnamon Stick

METHOD

1.

Combine the pineapple juice and ginger and juniper sparkler in a glass with ice

2.

Add 25ml of cinnamon simple syrup and stir well

3.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick
